Rewards FAQ
Do I earn points from my own purchases?
Yes. Eligible purchases, renewals, and subscription payments earn loyalty points for the account that pays for them.
Does the referred customer also receive points?
Yes. The customer receives loyalty points from their own eligible spending, while the referrer receives a separate referral reward from the same payment.
Do I earn points when someone only registers?
No. Creating an account does not generate points. The referred customer must complete an eligible paid transaction.
Why are points held for seven days?
The hold provides time to handle failed orders, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate transactions, and reward abuse before points become redeemable.
What happens when a purchase is refunded?
Loyalty and referral points linked to the refunded transaction may be reversed. Pending points are cancelled, and released points may be deducted from the reward balance.
Can I withdraw rewards as cash?
No. Redeemed points become non-withdrawable XFOXSUITE wallet credit that can be used for eligible products and services.
Can I add a referral code after registration?
No. Referral attribution is recorded when the new account is created and cannot be added or changed later.
Can reward rates change?
Yes. Earning rates, conversion rates, eligible products, hold periods, and redemption minimums may change. Your rewards dashboard displays the current program rules.
