Terms of Service

XFOXSUITE legal

Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: July 26, 2026

These Terms govern your access to XFOXSUITE websites, accounts, dashboards, domain and email services, monitoring, verification tools, network utilities, document tools, APIs, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and must not use the Services where prohibited by applicable law.

2. Accounts and security

  • Provide accurate and current account information.
  • Protect your password, two-factor authentication method, recovery information, and active sessions.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
  • Do not share, sell, automate, or transfer account access in a way that bypasses limits or security controls.

3. Domains and DNS

Domain searches and availability results are informational and are not guarantees. A domain can become unavailable between a search, payment, and completed registration. Registrations, renewals, transfers, registry requirements, nameserver changes, and DNS operations may be fulfilled through third-party registrars, registries, and infrastructure providers whose rules also apply.

You are responsible for the accuracy of registrant details, lawful use of each domain, renewal decisions, DNS records, and maintaining working contact information. Registry or registrar actions, disputes, suspensions, verification requirements, and propagation delays may occur outside our control.

4. Email hosting

Email hosting is provided through supporting infrastructure and third-party mail providers. You must not use it for spam, phishing, malware, harassment, unlawful bulk messaging, inbox abuse, or attempts to evade provider limits. Delivery, reputation, storage, filtering, and availability are not guaranteed. You are responsible for mailbox users, credentials, message content, backups, and compliance with messaging and privacy laws.

5. Uptime monitoring and alerts

Uptime monitoring performs scheduled requests to user-supplied public URLs. Results, response times, status codes, and alerts are best-effort signals and may include false positives, false negatives, delays, or regional differences. The Services are not a substitute for emergency, safety-critical, medical, financial, or other high-availability monitoring.

Only monitor targets you are authorized to test. Alert delivery by email or Telegram is not guaranteed, and you remain responsible for independent operational safeguards.

6. MX, SSL, IP, DNS, ping, and network tools

Verification and network results are derived from DNS, authoritative nameservers, SSL certificates, registries, public network responses, and third-party data providers. Results may be incomplete, delayed, approximate, or incorrect and must not be treated as proof of identity, deliverability, ownership, physical location, security, or legal status.

You may not use these tools for unauthorized scanning, disruption, denial-of-service activity, harassment, evading access controls, credential attacks, unlawful surveillance, or sending unsolicited messages.

7. Browser and document tools

Some tools process text, HTML, images, audio, PDFs, or other files locally in your browser. You retain responsibility for your content and must have the rights needed to use, edit, convert, or download it. Generated files may differ from the original, lose features, or render differently in other software. Keep independent backups and review every output before relying on it.

8. Public reports and search indexing

Certain service data is intentionally published through public pages and XML sitemaps. This can include active registered domains and registration dates, domains and MX results checked through the public MX tool, DNS Zone Lookup reports containing authoritative A, CNAME, TXT, SPF, DKIM, and NS records, SSL verification reports containing public certificate details, Domain-to-IP reports containing normalized domains and public IPv4 A or IPv6 AAAA records, public IP addresses and approximate network details checked through the IP tool, and monitored hostnames with privacy-safe uptime results. Opening the What Is My IP page may automatically detect the visitor's current public IP, run the lookup, publish the resulting report, and add its URL to the sitemap.

Public information may be crawled, copied, cached, or indexed by search engines and third parties. Removal from XFOXSUITE does not guarantee immediate removal from external caches or search results. Do not submit information to a public tool if you do not want its public fields published.

9. Fees, balances, renewals, and refunds

Prices may change and may include service margins. You are responsible for displayed charges, applicable taxes, renewal decisions, and maintaining sufficient account balance. If auto-renewal is enabled, eligible services may renew from your available balance until you disable auto-renewal or the balance is insufficient.

Blockchain and cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible and confirmation times are outside our control. Completed domain registrations, renewals, consumed checks, and delivered subscription periods are non-refundable except where the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise.

Loyalty and referral points are promotional account rewards, not cash, property, or a transferable currency. Eligible purchases and subscription renewals may earn loyalty points for the buyer and referral points for an eligible referrer at the rates shown in the rewards dashboard. Points may be reversed after refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, or calculation errors. Published rates, eligible products, minimum redemption amounts, reward-hold periods, and availability may change. Pending points cannot be redeemed until their hold period ends. A completed redemption converts eligible points into non-withdrawable XFOXSUITE wallet credit for use with the Services.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to:

  • violate law or the rights of another person;
  • distribute malware, phishing, deceptive content, or abusive communications;
  • interfere with infrastructure, probe systems without authorization, or bypass rate limits and security checks;
  • scrape, resell, mirror, or automate the Services in a way that creates unreasonable load or substitutes for a written commercial agreement;
  • upload or process content that you do not have the right to use.

11. Third-party services

The Services depend on registrars, registries, DNS resolvers, mail hosts, infrastructure providers, anti-abuse services, notification platforms, blockchain networks, and data providers. Their terms, privacy policies, availability, and limits may apply. We are not responsible for third-party acts, outages, policy changes, data accuracy, or discontinued services.

12. Intellectual property and feedback

XFOXSUITE and its software, branding, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Services as intended. You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to protect users or infrastructure, respond to legal or provider requirements, investigate abuse, address unpaid fees, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not reverse completed registrations, blockchain transactions, accrued charges, public indexing, or obligations that should reasonably survive termination.

14. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free results, successful email delivery, domain availability, precise IP location, complete uptime detection, or compatibility of generated files with every application.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XFOXSUITE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, domains, messages, files, or data arising from the Services or third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify features, limits, prices, or these Terms. The updated date will identify the current version. When required, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

17. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be submitted through our contact page.
