4. Registration & Payments

All domain purchases are final once processed. Prices displayed may include service markups and are subject to change. You are responsible for all fees, renewals, and applicable taxes.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account and contact information
• You are responsible for managing renewals and DNS settings
• You must not use domains for illegal or abusive activities

6. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse services, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

XFOXSUITE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of domains, revenue, or data, arising from use of the Platform.

8. Third-Party Services

Domain registrations and related services are fulfilled by third-party registrars. Their terms and policies may apply in addition to these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
